About Zorya Analytics

We're here to help businesses of all sizes get enterprise-level data analytics services without growing their in-house teams.

  • Analytics investment within reach
  • No hefty software expenses
  • Enterprise-level services
  • No full-time hires

Why we started Zorya

The median total pay for a Data Analytics Manager in the U.S. is $162k/yr*. Companies interested in data analytics often overlook this investment because of the high cost and ambiguity surrounding the addition of a new business function.

While equipment rental is a $50+ billion industry, the majority of players don't have in-house data analysts or scientists, let alone a full-scale data team. The presence of these teams within large conglomerates makes it ever more difficult for independents to compete without the same analytics resources.

Zorya was founded on the belief that data analytics should be within reach for all companies. Our goal is to help you modernize your business by providing enterprise-level products and services, helping you avoid expensive full-time hires, and protecting you from hefty software investments.

In addition to having flexible pricing options, Zorya's products gives you full ownership control. If you ever choose to hire your own analytics team, we'll give you what we've built so that you can to manage it independently.

Zorya is proud to provide the "gold standard" hands-on treatment to our clients. Our team features industry-leading experts and software. Servicing multiple accounts with similar needs allows us to offer you competitive pricing on our products and services.

Meet our founder

With data analytics experience in the equipment rental and construction services industries, Max Izotov brings an inch-wide, mile-deep approach to building or scaling company data analytics.

Max started his career at Genie (Terex), where he moved through multiple functions including sales and pricing. His hands-on experience as a Territory Sales Manager revealed the gap between the data that rental houses generate and their ability to turn it into actionable insights.

Following his career at Genie, Max went on to support enterprise analytics at United Site Services. Time spent in this national, private equity-backed service provider tested Max's technical skills and talent relationships needed to start Zorya Analytics.

Max holds a BSBA degree from Boston University, a Data Analytics & Visualization Certificate from Columbia University, and AI Certifications from Amazon and Salesforce.

"At the end of the day, rental equipment companies want a higher ROI and more customers. This is exactly why large businesses with large budgets invest in data analytics teams. However, most folks don't know where to start or where to go with analytics. We're here to talk you through your opportunities and do the work that you may not have the resources for." - Max Izotov
